An old prison where independence activists were incarcerated during the Japanese colonial period.
Converted into a historical education space in 1998.

In the prison life hall, visitors can experience standing in a coffin and entering a solitary confinement cell.

Mar-Oct: 09:30-18:00
Nov-Feb: 09:30-17:00 (Entry ends 30 minutes before closing)
Closed Mondays (closed following day if public holiday), New Year's Day, Seollal, Chuseok.

Youth (13-18)/Soldiers: KRW 1,500
